I needed months to find garam masala and then, one day, there was an indian shop on my way home. I instantly bought garam masala and the next day, I cooked by following the recipe on pinterest this indian curry chicken.

You need really many different ingredients and a lot of spices. Our appartment smelled sooo ingredibly good! I made some naan bread as well. You find a good recipe here. The indian food was really tasty. My mouth was full of oriental spices and a pleasant sharpness.

Result: TOP! Best meal I ever cooked.
